Instructional technology offers countless benefits when incorporated in the teaching and learning process. Some are still discussing the benefits and drawbacks that accompany the  incorporation of instructional technology into classroom learning. It is only through the use instructional technology that we can ensure that  students are prepared with the necessary skills to thrive in the 21st Century.

As change is unknown and obstacles will be encountered, it is the responsibility of educators to ensure that we are optimizing the teaching and learning experience. As educators, we ask students to push and challenge themselves on a daily basis and how unfair are we for not doing the same. We owe it to our students, as their leaders and mentors, to push our limits  as we fulfill the obligations we made when we became teachers.

Instructional technology has the ability revolutionize how education is experienced in classrooms throughout the country. Together, as educators in strong collaboration obstacles will be easily tackled and together we can abandon any reservations and embrace technology in order to reclaim mastery of our domain.
